If you have a child that is a Costa Rican Citizen then you may meet the requirements to apply for permanent residency. Under this category each parent has to make their own individual application.
The Costa Rican child will have a birth certificate recorded at the Civil Registry and the applicant will need to be recorded as a parent on the birth certificate in order to meet the requirements.
Under this category you will be able to work as the program is for permanent residency.
